At The Book Ministries, we care about your privacy. That's why we don't use a bunch of big words and legal jargon to confuse you. Whenever possible, The Book Ministries provides clear, concise and straight forward wording that people like us use everyday, because your information and it's privacy is important to you, and it is just as important to us.

 We will never share, or sell your information to any third party, except in a legal situation that puts us or someone else at risk. This site uses cookies. By continuing to access this site, you agree to accept the use of cookies and the data collected within them.

Any information you share with us, which includes but is not limited to, name, phone number, email address, physical address as well as information we collect while you use our website (cookies, IP address, PC identity or status, Wireless Device identity or other data) and other information that could be used to identify you is private and we want you to know that it will always stay that way. We may use this information to identify you to staff members and, where applicable, to other members of the community, such as in forums. We may also use this information to help assist you with any issues you may be having with the website.  We will NOT provide another users information. You will need to contact them directly and they will make the decision whether or not to share their information with you.

When You Donate:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. PayPal provides us with the online platform that allows us to accept donations from you. Your data may be stored through PayPal, or Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Forums, Chat and Other Online Community Activities:

Because this is a Christian based religious site, information you share with staff members may be protected under Federal laws. However, information shared with other members is not subject to the same protection. Please be careful what you share with others and never give out your location. 

By visiting The Book Ministries (the, our, this) website, using any of our apps, or partaking in the chat feature within the website, you agree to the following terms: 

1. This is a family website, which means children under the age of thirteen (13) may access it at any time. Please use appropriate behavior and language.

2. Do not provide personally identifiable information to anyone you do not know. Do not give out your location.

3. Do not use any communication features on the website, including, but not limited to, chat, email, or the Contact Us form to antagonize, intent to harm, harass, or bully either another member of the community, or any staff member of The Book Ministries. Violators are subject to suspension.

4. You agree to the collection of data which may be put into aggregate and used to better provide service to you and all of our customers in the future.

5. You agree to provide true and accurate information in the My Account section as well as when contacting us for support, or inquiries.

6. You shall abide by all of the rules set forth in the Terms of Service.

7. Any misuse of this website, or any of the features contained within it shall result in immediate investigation and may result in the users profile being removed from the site and the user being banned from further use of our website and any and all services. In extreme cases, as determined by The Book Ministries, law enforcement may be notified.

8. The Book Ministries reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. This may include the deletion or suspension of your account. It may also include banning you from the use of our website for misuse.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
